Why do we need this information?

In order to make the most out of you initial consultation, we need the requested information to evaluate your case and answer any questions that you have.

Unlike many initial consultations at other firms, our consultation is comprehensive and action orientated. We need this information to access your cause and provide you with a plan of action.

Want to make the most out of your initial consultation?

Please bring:

  1. Any/all paperwork received from your spouse’s attorney.
  2. Any/all paperwork that has been served on you by certified mail or sheriff.
  3. Any/all court pleadings including but not limited to prior court orders.
  4. Any recordings, test messages, pictures or other evidence that you wish to discuss during your consultation.
  5. Anything that you intend to reference during your consultation.
  6. Any questions that you have.

Can I bring a family member or loved one to my consultation?

Everything that is discussed between the client and attorney and staff are confidential and protected by the attorney client privilege. Clients often want to bring family members or loved ones to their initial consultation. However, when you bring a third party to the meeting, that person is not included in attorney-client privilege and we cannot control what that person does and says outside of our meeting. Please be sure to bring someone you trust and understand that both you and the attorney will discuss and decide whether it is best for that individual to remain in the room for the consultation.

What method of payment do you accept?

All consultations are paid for at the time of the meeting. We accept cash and check for initial consultations. Credit card payments are available to clients wishing to retain our firm.
